The world is running out of options and time.
Over 2 billion people live in water-stressed regions. Demand is projected to exceed supply by 40% before
2030. And the systems we have relied on for decades are making the problem worse, not better.
40%
Projected global water supply shortfall by 2030. No existing solution closes this gap without creating new problems.
Some of the problems nobody has solved — until now.

Data Centers

Oil & Gas
Produced-water injection has been linked to a magnitude-5.4 earthquake in West Texas — while the Permian Basin generates 630 million gallons of wastewater daily, with nowhere left to put it. (Source: Texas Tribune, June 2026)
Every existing system forces a trade-off between speed, access, and true zero-waste output. ADI does not.

More Problems
1
Fixed infrastructure can't move fast enough
Traditional systems require permanent facilities, long permitting timelines, and years of deployment. When
access is urgent or remote, they don't work.
2
Water recovery creates new waste
Brine, sludge, and concentrate streams don't disappear; they require their own expensive treatment, hauling, and disposal. The problem moves downstream.
3
Compliance costs are climbing fast
Companies spend millions on discharge permits, toxic waste hauling, and environmental cleanup. Regulators are tightening globally. The status quo is no longer tenable.
Our Solution
Water access. Speed. Zero waste. All three, without compromise.
ADI's patented low-temperature vacuum distillation technology extracts pure distilled water from any water-bearing material. Every input becomes a recoverable output. Nothing is wasted.
Rapid, on-site deployment
Reactor racks install beside your existing water system - no site rebuild, no new infrastructure. Pilot to proof
in 90–120 days; full-scale deployment in months, not years.
True zero waste
No membranes. No chemicals. No brine. No concentrate streams. Every run produces pure distilled water plus
dry, recoverable solids. Nothing goes to landfill or discharge.
By-products as revenue
Minerals, vitamins, proteins, energy pellets. What other systems discard, ADI turns into additional revenue
streams, recovered dry solids with real market value.
For humanitarian and disaster-response deployments, ADI's mobile units bring the same zero-waste extraction to remote and crisis-affected sites — operational within hours.
How It Works
The technology, plainly stated.
Operating at low temperatures (30–80°C), ADI's system uses approximately 60% thermal and 40% electrical energy to extract and separate water at the intracellular level continuously, repeatably, with no fouling, no scaling, and no waste stream.

Any water-bearing input
Seawater, industrial wastewater, agricultural waste, brine streams the system is fully material-agnostic.

Low-temperature vacuum distillation
Proprietary process separates water at the intracellular level continuously and repeatably, without fouling or scaling.

Pure distilled water recovered
No rejection stream. No brine discharge. Ever. Water purity can be adjusted as desired.

Dry solids recovered as assets
Minerals, vitamins, proteins, and energy pellets are usable or sellable. Moisture content is tunable to what each customer needs. Not toxic, not hazardous waste.

R&D Partner Program
Send us your toughest waste stream. We'll show you what's possible.
Every wastewater stream has a story, and some are harder than others. Before any pilot, ADI's R&D Partner Program lets you bring us the water or waste stream you're trying to solve, so our team can evaluate it against the same low-temperature vacuum distillation technology deployed in the field. This is standard practice for any company approaching ADI, scoped and engaged case by case.
Three steps

1. Tell us about your water
Reach out and describe the water or waste stream you're working with and the problem you're trying to solve.

2. We evaluate together
Our team scopes an evaluation with you, using the same core technology deployed in ADI's field-validated systems.

3. You get real answers
Water recovered, purity achieved, and what the dry solids contain: the raw lab data you need to decide on next steps.
Every water stream is different, and so is every engagement.
Tell us what you're working with, and we'll tell you what's possible.
Markets We Serve
Built for where water problems are most urgent.
ADI prioritizes markets where water access is mission-critical, infrastructure is constrained, and the cost of the
status quo — regulatory, financial, and human — is no longer acceptable.
Defense & Government
Strategic priority: Core Rapid forward deployment: Operational on-site at forward bases, remote installations, and temporary deployments — replacing long, vulnerable water supply chains. Zero discharge in sensitive zones: No brine or concentrate streams — critical for environmental compliance in ecologically or politically sensitive operational areas. Built toward defense standards: Engineered toward defense security and operational standards for sensitive government and military use.
Desalination
Strategic priority: Core Solves the brine problem, not the plant: ADI doesn't replace desalination infrastructure — it solves what stalls it: concentrated brine that's costly and often impossible to dispose of. Eliminates disposal liability: Concentrates reject brine to dry solids, recovering additional fresh water and removing brine discharge entirely. Unlocks stalled projects: Removes the single biggest permitting and environmental objection facing new desalination plants today.
Oil & Gas
Strategic priority: Core Produced water reuse: Clean water suitable for multiple fracking cycles — reducing freshwater withdrawal by up to 70% and eliminating expensive hauling and injection-well disposal costs. Reduces injection-well risk: Converts produced water to dry solids on-site, cutting reliance on the injection wells linked to induced seismicity and environmental hazards in West Texas. Remote site ready: Operates at remote extraction sites using thermal energy sources already present — no grid connection required.
Data Centers
Strategic priority: Core Closes the cooling loop: Treats cooling-system blowdown, brine, and contaminated process water, returning clean water to the loop. Installs beside existing systems: Add a module — no need to replace your cooling system. Reduces regulatory & social risk: Fewer permits, less community pushback — the issues increasingly delaying or blocking data center construction.
Humanitarian & Disaster Response
Strategic priority: Core mission 2 billion+ people live in water-stressed countries (World Health Organization). When disaster strikes — floods, earthquakes, conflict, drought — clean water access collapses within hours. ADI's zero-waste, rapid-deployment technology is purpose-built for exactly these moments. Disaster & crisis response: Deployable to earthquake zones, flood-affected regions, refugee settlements, and conflict areas — producing pure distilled water from any available source with zero chemical inputs. Remote & underserved communities: Operates off-grid using low thermal and electrical energy — bringing sustainable, zero-waste water access to communities without centralized infrastructure or reliable power. NGO & UN agency integration: Mobile units ship globally, deploy locally within hours, and scale with need — designed to integrate with existing humanitarian logistics frameworks.
Agriculture & Food and Beverage
Strategic priority: Core Water recovery at scale: Over 90% water recovery from processing waste streams — reducing freshwater demand and disposal costs at farms, breweries, juice processing, and controlled-environment facilities. By-product value capture: Dry solids recovered as energy pellets, protein, and fiber — turning waste disposal costs into new revenue streams. Regulatory compliance: Eliminates discharge violations and enables circular water use in water-stressed agricultural regions facing tightening rules.
Mining
Operations
Strategic priority: Core Process water recovery: Extract reuse-grade water from acid mine drainage, tailings, and heavy-metal process streams — closing the loop on water consumption at remote mine sites. Liquid waste to dry solids: Converts liquid waste to dry solids with under 3% humidity — dramatically simpler transport, safer disposal, and mineral recovery from concentrate. Off-grid capable: Modular units operate at remote mine sites without grid power, using available thermal energy sources on-site.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Strategic priority: High-value selective Ultra-pure output: Distilled water quality meeting USP/Ph.Eur standards for injectable-grade pharmaceutical manufacturing — without dependence on municipal water quality. Regulatory documentation: Validated processes meeting FDA, EMA, and cGMP requirements with full traceability and documentation support. Operational resilience: Eliminates vulnerability to municipal water quality variations and reduces contamination risk in sterile manufacturing environments.

Water for all, not just those who can pay for it.
ADI is built on the belief that clean water is a human right, not a commodity. A portion of every dollar we earn goes directly to clean water access in underserved communities around the world. This isn't charity; it’s how the company is designed to work from the start, building it into how ADI operates, from the technology to the team.
